HOW TO DISABLE INSTAGRAM:
Step 1: Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Select Edit Profile.
Step 3: Next, you will click on “Temporarily Deactivate My Account” in the lower right corner of the screen.
Step 4: Here, you will be asked why you want to disable a user account and select an appropriate response.
Step 5: Re-Enter your password.
Step 6: Click on the “Temporarily Deactivate Account” option.
STEPS TO DISABLE INSTAGRAM VIDEO CALLS:
Step 1: First of all, you will open the Instagram app.
Step 2: Next, you will go to your profile by choosing it in the lower right corner.
Step 3: In the top right corner, Choose the hamburger menu.
Step 4: Choose the “Notifications” option in the “Settings” menu.
Step 5: Choose “Direct Calls and Messages.”
Step 6: You will see “Video Chats” and will select “Off.”
